Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

RP Eagle provides complete support for a variety of MRI procedures. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic imaging test which uses strong magnet fields and radiofrequency waves to produce images of internal organs and structures. Although MRI is a non-invasive procedure, a contrast agent may be necessary to better visualize organs or structures. The contrast agent, if needed, will be administered via an injection prior to the examination.

Spine

Detailed MRI images of the spine allow doctors to evaluate the vertebrae, spine, discs and spinal cord. A spine MRI can diagnose disc disease, spinal cord compression or inflammation. Back pain sufferers often turn to MRI for help with a complicated diagnosis.
